Day Eight - The Lesson

I learned many things this morning.

A) I need some lighter resistance bands (which I already ordered), as the DaVincis are shoulder killers and I could not complete the sets (or even do very many) with the heavy bands (parenthetical statement).
B) Wow, we can eat a lot of food.
C) Greek yogurt is flippin' delicious.

And that was just in the morning.

  1. Ha! I agree with you on all counts. This AM I thought, "i think I need longer resistance bands - I can't get my arms up like Patrick does in the photo." Then I realized that maybe it's because I don't have the arm muscles to get my arms up there! I don't think mine are too strong, I think I'm too weak!

  3. Yeah, a set of heavy bands and lighter bands is a really good set up. You'll need the heavys for curls.

  5. DaVinci's are Patrick's way of torturing us for our past sins. Seriously, evil. But, they WORK. You will see definition in your shoulders you never knew existed.
